Alcantara has joined forces with the Godfather of Italian design. Together they’re encouraging designers to experiment with the chemically advanced textile that the company has manufactured exclusively since 1972.
Cappellini, now the Artistic Director, will oversee the development of new uses for Alcantara at their experimental research lab in Italy.
